Our Commitment
At Attars USA, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We stand behind the quality of every
product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please
review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the
following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
- The return must be initiated by contacting our customer support team.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, the following items
cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tested.
- Products with broken or tampered seals.
- Gift sets or bundled products where any item has been opened.
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless specifically stated
otherwise).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@attarsusa.com or call us at +1 (555) 123-4567 with your
order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the Product: Securely package the product and ship it to the address
provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization or an RMA number may not be
accepted.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the
refund to appear on your statement.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our
error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on
our
part (wrong item, defective product, etc.). In such cases, Attars USA will provide a prepaid return
shipping label.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a
return for your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or defective product and packaging
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a processing delay.
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@attarsusa.com.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet
been shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled,
but you may initiate a return upon receiving the product.
