Order Processing

All orders placed with Attars USA are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders of $50.00 or more within the continental United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional handling time and may incur extra shipping charges.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also contact our customer support team for order status updates.

Shipping Restrictions

Our concentrated perfume oils are classified as non-hazardous consumer goods and are safe for standard shipping via USPS. However, certain carriers or destinations may have restrictions on shipping liquid products. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Attars USA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will work diligently with the carrier to resolve any issues.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us immediately.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the damaged packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. Attars USA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

P.O. Box Deliveries

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Standard Shipping only. Expedited and Express shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
